1. Your Right to Cancel (Cooling-Off Period)

As a UK consumer, you have the right to cancel your online order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason.

To cancel your order:

  • Provide your order number, name, and the items you wish to return.

  • Return the item(s) within 14 days of notifying us.

Conditions:

  • Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

  • Return shipping is your responsibility unless the item is faulty, damaged, or sent in error.

2. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described:

  • Include your order number, photos of the fault/damage, and a description of the issue.

  • You are entitled to a full refund, repair, or replacement.

For faults arising after 30 days, we will assess whether the issue is covered under the product’s warranty and offer a suitable resolution.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless faulty:

  • Digital downloads or software

  • Items marked as non-returnable on the product page

  • Opened hygiene-related items (e.g., wearable fitness sensors, earbuds)

  • Products damaged due to misuse or neglect

4. Exchanges

We’re happy to offer exchanges for the same item in a different model or variant, subject to availability. To request an exchange, please email kfitworld@outlook.com with your order details.

5. How to Return an Item

  1. Contact us at kfitworld@outlook.com to initiate your return.

  2. Package the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.

  3. Clearly mark the parcel with your name and order number.

  4. Send it to the return address we will provide via email.

We recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service, as KFitWorld is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • We will issue your refund within 14 days.

  • Refunds are made via the original payment method.

  • You will receive email confirmation once the refund has been processed.

If the item is not returned in original condition or is returned late, we reserve the right to reduce your refund amount accordingly.
